Less is more

Compact in size, big on reliability, MAR-IX chiller units are equipped with advanced inverter compressor technology that varies the speed to control your cooling capacity. Say goodbye to current peaks as your on-board electrical system will always have a balanced load. And say hello to maximum comfort levels for crew and guests.

MAR-IX chiller units are renowned for their exceptionally quiet operation. Suitable for the most common power supplies, they will also function on 50 as well as 60 Hz should the need arise. The units come with seawater-cooled condensers made of copper/nickel and smartly engineered for minimum maintenance – an efficient solution for you as well as the environment. We can also connect a condenser directly to a box cooler if you wish.

Made to last

In another example of ingenious design, all refrigeration components are placed in a stainless-steel casing, further reducing noise levels while protecting your chiller against the tough conditions found in engine rooms and other technical spaces.

Our AIV series of chiller units can be connected to all MAR-IX fan coil units and controlled by our electronics with or without communication. As always, our engineers are happy to support you with integration into a holistic system, for example by connecting the chiller to the MAR-IX communication system. It will then adjust its cooling capacity to actual need and reduce your power consumption in the process.
